Re-fashion: 06/21/2022

While I was studying abroad in Florence over the summer, I created this dress in an up cycling and sustainability focused course titled "Re-fashion". Everything used in this garment was scrap material sourced from all around Florence. The dress is 100% silk from Vivienne Westwood including the attached bags. Each bag is functional and filled with scraps from myself and the other students that was created from making our own garments. Below is the presentation and the explanation of meaning behind the garment.
